the CrossFit 5150 Box
Why do we call our gym a BOX? It is a tribute to the origins of the CrossFit Culture. CF started as a way to get away from the commercial gym mentality with facilities full of lots of fancy equipment that doesn't do much to get you strong, fit and health.  Places where you can't drop weights, grunt or god forbid sweat or train without your shirt on. (Ladies you too!) All we need is a big empty space, garage or back yard and some basics and we can CrossFit. That's where the movement began, in big empty boxes.

At CrossFit 5150, we have the best of all possible worlds. A fantastic, clean, huge (4K Sq Ft) space to work out, sweat, Bar-b-Que, have fun and most of all, get strong, and get fit, not just fit: CrossFit 5150 Fit.
