Each quarter, you have the following option to earn extra points.

1 pt. = Team 400m run. (after a touchdown)

2 pt. conversion = Team 200m run w/plate OH 45/25 (after a touchdown)

3 pt. field goal = 50 Pull ups + 50 BJs (at any time).
