*20 sec. hold on the GS. Focus on the upright position and engaging your core. *Alternate between bench and goblet squats.

4 x 3 min. AMRAP

*Rest 1 min. between AMRAPs

8 DB Box Step Over 50/35

4 Power Snatch 75/55

8 Push Press

4 Burpee

*Continue where you left off from the previous AMRAP.

*Attack the 3 minutes (move). Go for 1 1/2 to 2 rounds every 3 min.
