In honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

We are so ready for this! *If needed, Murph can be modified- partner or team WOD or cut reps. If you can’t do pull ups yet, modify with DB upright or bent over rows (unless there is an open spot on the rig for you to use a band or jumping pull ups).
