You will work for points not reps. Two athletes will work at a time, but not on the same movement.

1st Quarter

15 min. AMRAP

100 DB Snatches 50/35

100 Wbs= 6 pt. TOUCHDOWN!

Each quarter, you have the following options to earn extra points.

ONLY after a touchdown

1 pt. PAT= Team 200m Farmer Carry(only 2 carry- you can switch)

2 pt. conversion= 50 Synchro Burpees

AT ANY TIME

3 pt. field goal= 50 pull-ups + 50 Bjs

2nd Quarter

15 min. AMRAP

50 Dball Over the Shoulder = 6 pt. TOUCHDOWN!
